The reality is that despite all the bravado, big talk and pledges, nothing is going to change for Developing States as far as UK Pension Providers, Pension Trustees, DC Investment Advisors and Pension Specialists who have all got ridiculously richer from the apathy of 20m 'Double Defaulters'.

The 31st October is Restitution Day (R-Day) for an estimated 10 million UK Workers.


Over the past decade our research and analysis reveals that UK pension members who are Most at Risk (MaR) have on average been over charged by around £330 billion.


MaR individuals are typically aged between 45 to 65 today, who during the past decade earned over £50,000 p.a. of qualifying income. If you fit this criteria you were eligible for Private 3rd Party Pension Sponsorship (3PPS) but were negligently prevented from accessing risk free funding.

Pension Trustees are responsible for 22m DC Workplace Pension Members in 1.8m SME Auto Enrolment pension plans.


There is little evidence to suggest that UK Pension Trustees have been acting in the Best Financial Interest of their MaR members, leading to significant income reductions at retirement for 1 in 3 workers.
